Product Details
Where are our products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in-house at our facilities either in Mumbai, India or Dubai, UAE. Since we own the production units, safety and well being standards are ensured and enforced.
Is the Leather sustainably sourced?
Yes. All leather is a by product of the food and meat industry and our tanneries make sure the leather is treated in a way to reduce the environmental footprint and all dyes are organic. Read more on our "about us" page under the sustainability section.
Can I buy one item instead of a full set?
Yes, all of our collections are available either as a complete set or individual items.

Which credit cards do you accept?
For orders shipped to the US, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged once your order is placed.
Will I be charged a sales tax?
Yes. We are required to collect sales tax in accordance with each state’s laws and regulations.
How is tax applied to my order?
Taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. Each state / province has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.
Can I add or remove items from my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot add or remove items. If you would like to add an item to your order, you must place a new order. As we cannot remove items from orders, you will need to please wait for your order to arrive and initiate a return for the unwanted item(s).
How do I cancel my order?
Please email your cancellation request to info@rikan.us within one hour of placing your order. Please note cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be honored.
In the event that your order is unable to be cancelled, you will need to initiate a return once you have received your order.
Delivery & Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 or full sets. Free shipping does not apply to express or overnight shipping. International shipments, wholesale orders, and hospitality orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Are there express shipping options?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer an easy 10-day return policy for all items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
